Downsizing (2017) The film tells the story of a couple who agree to undergo a revolutionary new procedure called “cellular miniaturization”. The process intended to conserve Earth’s diminishing resources, also allows downsized humans to a live a more lavish lifestyle. When his wife backs out at the last minute, the main character, Paul, is left to cope in a strange world that may also be humanity’s last hope for survival.
